Brighter Horizons

Brighter Horizons is a mentoring programme we run for women who have been left with long-term chronic and enduring mental and physical health conditions due to the abuse they have experienced

This takes the form of 1:1 support, group sessions based around crafting, artwork and areas of group interest. The support offered through Brighter Horizons is entirely user led and aims to respond to and encourage self-healing for women who are not yet able to join mainstream opportunities.
