Finding your voice is here to empower you and help you fin answers when you are confused about a current or past relationship.

Are you struggling with finding your voice in your relationship or after a relationship has ended? Are you concerned that your relationship is not healthy but you don’t know if it is abuse?

NDADA’s Finding Your Voice project which will support you through professional assessment which looks at your needs and risk level and can offer ongoing 1:1 support.

Recognising domestic abuse can be challenging, especially if behaviours feel unclear or fall outside stereotypical patterns. Abuse isn’t always physical; it can include emotional manipulation, controlling finances, isolating someone from friends or family, constant criticism, or making them feel fearful or worthless. If you feel uneasy, dismissed, or controlled in your relationship, it might be worth exploring these feelings further. You’re not alone, and even uncertainty is a valid reason to ask for help.

We offer tailored support to help individuals rebuild their lives after an unhealthy relationship. This includes providing a safe, non-judgmental space to share experiences, access to counselling and practical advice on regaining independence and self-esteem. We can assist with housing, financial planning, or legal matters where needed, and connect you with recovery groups for shared understanding and encouragement. Our aim is to empower survivors to recognise their worth, set healthy boundaries, and move forward with confidence. We walk alongside them, offering the tools and support they need to reclaim their future.

This service is open to women and men. You are encouraged to make any enquiry, ask any question or maybe just talk things through by calling 01271 370079 or emailing intake@ndada.co.uk
