We share some of favourite children’s books that will open up conversations and help young ones to learn about healthy emotions and behaviours

Children’s books can be a really healthy way of addressing issues in a way that’s non-threatening: children can talk about the problems of the characters in the stories, and from that can develop healthy coping strategies that they can apply to their own lives.
