Specialist Health IDVA’s
North Devon Against Domestic Abuse (NDADA) is seeking 2 female* Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVA) to join our Outreach team, one to cover North Devon and Torridge, one to cover Exeter area.
The purpose of the role is to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of domestic abuse at risk of self-injury and suicide. Delivering a holistic service to those eligible for support. To work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse. Working in close liaison with NHS services and others to safeguard vulnerable women and men (and any children involved) within domestic abuse situations.
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £25,465 – £27,023
Contract: Fixed Term to 31st March 2025 – 1 x North Devon post, 1 x Exeter post
