Live Text Talk

Talk to us online

We have developed a Live Text Talk system where users can speak to one of our trained team using a live online chat function

Live Text Talk is a free-to-use and easily accessible service which aims to provide those experiencing domestic violence with real-time advice and help in a discreet way which does not put them at further risk.

The service will operate between 11am and 1pm, Monday – Friday. It is not an emergency service and those in danger still need to call 999.

Please click on the blue ‘Chat’ icon to start the live chat service.
